How does the darshan pass work?
A pass is valid at one mandal for the two-hour window shown on it. Show the QR at the priority lane, a volunteer scans it, and you walk in. One scan per pass — used and duplicate codes are rejected at the gate.
Which payment methods work?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), credit and debit cards including RuPay, and net banking from all major banks. Payments are handled by our payment partner — LineSe never sees or stores your card details.
How accurate are the wait times?
They are estimates, not guarantees. Every wait time is measured from a live camera feed that the mandal provides of its own darshan queue — LineSe reads the length of the line from that footage. Nobody types the numbers in by hand, so they move as the queue moves. Crowds still surge and lanes get held for an aarti, so treat the number as a good guide rather than a promise.
Do I need the app to enter?
No. Every mandal keeps its ordinary queue open and free. LineSe adds a priority lane for people who booked a pass — it does not replace the darshan anyone can walk up and join.
Do I need internet at the gate?
It helps but it is not essential. Open your booking once while you still have signal and the QR stays on screen. Volunteers scan from your screen, so a weak network in a crowded lane will not stop you getting in.
